固态电池被视为下一代电池技术的战略高地,曼恩斯特依托在干法粉体处理、干法多辊双面成膜及湿法电解质薄涂等核心工艺上的深度积累,构建了覆盖混合、纤维化、预成膜到成膜的全套核心装备体系,为固态电池极片制造提供坚实支撑。
展出的400型干法成膜复合一体机解决了干法工艺中成膜质量与面密度均一性的两大技术难题。从粉体处理到成膜输出,全流程精准控制,为客户布局下一代干法电极产线提供了可靠选择。

March 11-13, 2026, the Korea Battery Exhibition (InterBattery 2026) grandly opened at COEX Seoul Convention Center, once again drawing the global battery industry''s attention to Seoul. MANST made a strong appearance at Booth GB107 with its core product matrix, empowering the new future of intelligent battery manufacturing with innovative technology.
As one of the most influential industry events in Asia, InterBattery consistently keeps pace with the global energy transition wave and has now established itself as the largest professional battery exhibition in Korea.
At this exhibition, MANST showcased its innovative lithium battery coating technology solutions, presenting through sand table models its 400-type dry film-forming composite integrated machine, high-temperature continuous slurry mixing and coating system, twin-stage dual-support twin-screw equipment, and dry-process twin-screw fibrillating equipment.
1. Core Dry-Process Equipment: Empowering Solid-State Battery Industrialization
Solid-state batteries are regarded as a strategic high ground for next-generation battery technology. Leveraging its deep accumulation in core processes such as dry powder processing, dry multi-roll double-sided film-forming, and wet electrolyte thin coating, MANST has built a comprehensive core equipment system covering mixing, fibrillation, pre-film-forming, and film-forming, providing solid support for solid-state battery electrode manufacturing.
The exhibited 400-type dry film-forming composite integrated machine solves the two major technical challenges in dry processes: film-forming quality and surface density uniformity. From powder processing to film output, precise control throughout the entire process offers customers a reliable choice for deploying next-generation dry electrode production lines.
The complementary dry-process twin-screw fibrillating equipment adopts a dual-support structure, integrating functions such as metering, conveying, mixing, heating, fibrillation, kneading, crushing, and sieving. The application of all-ceramic screw elements ensures high-purity production while endowing the equipment with outstanding advantages of super wear resistance and long service life.
2. Integrated Slurry Mixing and Coating: Breaking Down Process Barriers
MANST deeply understands the strong correlation between slurry mixing and coating processes and is breaking traditional process barriers through integrated solutions. The exhibited high-temperature continuous slurry mixing and coating system achieves seamless connection between real-time mixing and coating, significantly shortening the spatial and temporal distance between processes and improving equipment floor space utilization.
On the slurry mixing equipment side, the twin-stage dual-support twin-screw equipment adopts a configuration of upper and lower stages with two twin screws connected in series, ensuring operational stability. The all-ceramic material effectively prevents the introduction of foreign metal particles, significantly enhancing wear resistance and service life.
3. Ceramic Technology Empowerment: Defining New Manufacturing Standards
At this exhibition, MANST highlighted its dual-layer dual-control fully automatic ceramic coating die, a domestically developed first-of-its-kind product. It integrates an intelligent control module, enabling independent and precise dual-layer adjustment. With ceramic hardness exceeding that of metal by more than twice, it combines high strength and toughness, making it suitable for complex coating scenarios with high-load and high-precision requirements.
Korea is a critical pillar of the Asian power battery industry.
