近日，意大利THE PLAN AWARD 2022 Shortlist正式公布，奥雅股份三个作品凭借优异的表现全部上榜，分别是：苏州旭辉·和风花园、阳光城北京·溪山悦、常州九洲舜山小镇文化展示中心。决赛榜单将于十月底公布，届时评审团将从每个类别中评选产生两个总冠军，让我们拭目以待！
The shortlist of?the Italy?THE PLAN AWARD?2022?was officially announced.CIFI Inner Peace Community、Yangcheng Beijing – Xishan Yue、Changzhou Jiuzhou Sunshan Town Cultural Exhibition Center?from LA?Group?were all listed.The finalists will be announced at the end of October, when the jury will select two overall winners from each category.

苏州旭辉·和风花园是一个高层住宅社区，景观面积为38,000平方米。项目位于苏州市甪直镇，是一个具有2500多年历史的中国水乡文化古镇。和风花园通过景观设计、功能布局以及活动运营等方式，提升居民的归属感与社区感，在居住区内处处充盈着江南城镇的柔和与温暖。
CIFI Inner Peace?Community?is a high-rise residential community with a landscaping area of 38,000㎡. The project is located in Luzhi Town, Suzhou, an ancient Chinese water town with?history of more than 2,500 years. Through landscape design, functional layout and event operation, the project?enhances residents'' sense of belonging and community, filling this residential area with the special softness and warmth of Jiangnan towns.

阳光城北京·溪山悦项目基于现场勘探展开设计，以轻介入的方式尽可能保留场地原有的自然环境，以低影响开发的手法将新增景观融于现有场地环境，以各种借景的手法将空间的边界外延至周边的环境中去。用自然模糊空间的界限，打造回归山水、乐于自然的“沉浸式山居之所”，满足人们对山居生活的向往，在山水之间、喧嚣之外，收获内心的宁静。
Based on a comprehensive site survey, the design team well integrates this landscaping residential area into its natural surroundings with little human intervention. Various ecological elements and borrowed scenery methods are well adopted to blur the boundary between the designed space and the nature.Dream Mount is built as a cozy idyllic mansion for city dwellers to return to nature. Embraced by charming landscapes within abundant native woods, residents here could escape from hustle and bustle in metropolis, to look for and enjoy their inner peace in such tranquil livable ambience.

常州九洲舜山小镇文化展示中心位于舜山脚下，舜水河畔的山水相依之地，疏朗自然的肌理和深厚的文化底蕴共同赋予了此处别样的气质。作为展示中心，团队希望用设计守住自然的原始、守护地域的精神，用设计中的场景唤起人们对本地文化的探知欲望。场地透露着江南的温润，带着孤寂的意境美袭来，气韵生动又幽远空旷，恍若正诉说一个古老的故事。
Located at the foot of Shunshan Mountain in Changzhou, the project site is embraced by rich natural water systems and beautiful pastoral scenery. Abundant natural, cultural and historical resources endows the site with unique native characteristics.?Elements of many local naturalistic scenes and regional spirit are well integrated into the design, to arouse people''s desire to explore the native history and culture. Charm of tranquil vitality permeates the cozy enchanting Jiangnan landscape in poetic aura. It seems to tell a vivid ancient story for visitors in a silent but profound way.
